Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling front desk and reception duties efficiently. This includes answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries, maintaining a tidy office area, managing appointment scheduling, handling incoming and outgoing calls, mail, deliveries, and courier services, and ensuring guests follow security protocols. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by preparing and maintaining correspondence, reports, and documents, assisting with data entry, filing, and record management, supporting HR and management with administrative tasks, managing office supplies and equipment inventory, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and coordinating internal meetings and company events. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. You should also have at least 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software is required. Moreover, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and professionalism, problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, depending on company policy. Occasional overtime may be required for special events or administrative deadlines. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, and internet reimbursement.
