Client Facing Role (Walk-In)

Role Overview: As a Client Facing Role at ADP Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to provide support and guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuring. You will shepherd and project manage deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will identify and document deal making policies in support of the contracting process and serve as a subject matter expert on deal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, Legal, Finance, Product, etc.) to provide advice and deal insights, driving improvements in policies, processes, and systems to increase Sales and Seller productivity. - Manage post-sale transition to ensure a seamless Sales to Implementation cycle. - Conduct and coordinate research on clients to audit and adjudicate deal value, sizing, and disputes. - Analyze historical pricing data and provide recommendations to sales leadership. - Prepare analytical models to evaluate strategic pricing decisions. - Manage and analyze data at both client and deal levels to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer onboarding policies. - Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and provide recommendations to ADP leadership on best practices and training. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in business operations, customer operations, sales operations, or systems integration environment. - Ideally in a tech environment, experience in business operations, finance, sales operations, or systems integration is a plus. - Ability to assess problems systematically and identify key issues for resolution. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize effectively, and communicate transparently. - Ability to collaborate with Sales and internal cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, and Pricing. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and meeting deadlines.,
