Job Description

Key Competencies:

Familiar with Insurance & Investments products, Should have knowledge of dialler & CRM software. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

Provide support to our branches
To achieve a 90% renewal target
Increase our renewal book size.
Should be certified with MFI/ IRDA.
Cross sell of all TPP Products based on the campaigns.
Maintain long term relationships with clients and Ensure 4 + Rating during feedback.
Ability to handle CRM.

Education/Experience

Post graduate
Should have a sound understanding of Insurance and Investment.
Good product Knowledge & Experience in TPP Products.
Excellent Presentation & Reporting skills [Good in Excel & Power point]
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good in Understanding customer requirements and FAQ.
Deep understanding on CRM
Designing of Scripts based on Products and FAQ.
Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skill.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and leadership skills.
