Job Title: Client Coordinator

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a reliable point of contact between the client and internal teams. The role requires someone who is well-presented, articulate, and confident in handling face-to-face and remote communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular client meetings and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage client expectations effectively and handle escalations where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in client coordination or client servicing roles.
  • Strong client interaction skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Well-presented and confident personality with excellent convincing skills.
  • Must be comfortable conducting client visits and meetings in person.
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (data handling, reporting, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role (travel and field visits).

Additional Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
