Job Description

Client Co Ordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Point of Contact: Acts as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns to build strong relationships.
  • Client Onboarding: Guides new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborates with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical teams) to ensure that client requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Account Management: Monitors client accounts, tracks project progress, and maintains up-to-date client records, including contact details and specific requirements.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigates and resolves client issues and complaints, ensuring a positive client experience even when faced with challenges.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Compiles reports on client activities, service performance, and feedback for senior management, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
