Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Create and implement CNC/VMC programs using SolidCAM for various machining operations, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Design Analysis: Interpret 2D and 3D CAD models and engineering drawings to understand designs, identify manufacturing constraints, and select appropriate machining strategies.
• Toolpath Optimization: Define and optimize tool paths, feeds, speeds, and cutting conditions to achieve desired surface finish, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Simulation & Verification: Utilize SolidCAM's simulation capabilities to verify the accuracy and reliability of CNC programs before production, and make necessary adjustments.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to machinists and production teams regarding machining strategies, setups, and program adjustments.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve programming and machining issues that arise during trials or production runs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
