Client Coordinator – Brand Swamy (Marketing Consultant Agency, Kozhikode – Tondayad)

Brand Swamy is looking for a proactive and people-friendly Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth workflow between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate project timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables
• Maintain client relationships with professionalism and clarity
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and updates
• Support the team during events, campaigns, and on-ground activities
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and solutions
• Ability to travel when required for meetings, events, or brand activities

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, or client management (preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Candidates who can travel will be given preference

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
