Role & responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients in both English and Hindi.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are addressed promptly.
  • Document and communicate project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare client-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.

Preferred candidate profile:-

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Science.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English & Hindi.
  • 3-5 years of client coordination/relationship management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
