Client Care Executive

As a Client Care Executive at Longefit Fitness in Guwahati, Assam, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them in navigating their fitness journey and ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with members, addressing client inquiries and service needs, coordinating with trainers and team leads, managing client records and schedules, informing clients about upcoming sessions and promotions, guiding members through subscription renewals, and supporting the studio team in daily operations. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar client-facing positions, possess strong verbal communication skills in English, Assamese, and Hindi, be adept at handling calls and in-person interactions professionally, demonstrate a team-oriented and proactive attitude, have a passion for health, wellness, and customer care, and be willing to grow long-term with our dynamic organization.
