Your key responsibilities as a Client Business Analyst will include:

• Work on creating and updating websites, implementing changes as required.
• Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with client requirements.
• Configure and maintain templates for feeds, factsheets, and websites.
• Analysing and capturing detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and emails.
• Documenting client requirements to define functionality, data, and design aspects in an agreed format.
• Translating client needs into services within the Fund Information Hub and providing consultancy for practical solutions.
• Supporting ongoing configuration changes and BAU requests for existing services.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Business Analyst:

• You must have solid experience as a Business Analyst.
• You should have a good technical background and understanding of system configurations.
• You will have previous experience in requirements capturing, analysis, and documentation.
• You must be confident working with external stakeholders and managing client expectations.
• You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
