Must to Have :
Experience in BDM for Staff augmentation , IT outsourcingDirect sales experience with direct customers in US, UK and APAC.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients through various channels.Initiate contact with prospective clients and present the company's products and services.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.Participate in networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.Track and report on sales metrics and progress.Qualifications:Proven experience in client acquisition or business development.Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
