Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a pan-India team of BDMs, driving performance, productivity, and goal alignment. Work closely with Sales, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure BDM activities align with business priorities. Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, finance, product, and support Responsible for P&L, business growth, partnerships, and team management. Manage banking, NBFC, and payment partner relationships. Set and monitor KPIs across business development, operations, risk, and support functions. Build and manage partnerships with banks, payment processors, and aggregators Own weekly/monthly performance reviews, forecasts, and dashboards for leadership visibility. Drive and monitor merchant onboarding, KYC, and compliance (RBI, AML, PCI-DSS).
