Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with companies in the mechanical, electrical, and electronics sectors, and generating consistent recruitment assignments for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in mechanical, electrical, and electronics industries.

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver manpower solutions.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisitions and revenue growth.

Maintain client database, track business leads, and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development / client acquisition, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.

Strong understanding of industrial sectors such as mechanical, electrical, and electronics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
