• JOB DISCRIPTION:

1. Client Consultation
Assess Client Needs: Understand clients' preferences, budgets, and travel goals.Provide Information: Offer details on destinations, travel packages, and local customs.

2. Travel Planning
Itinerary Development: Create detailed itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.Booking Services: Reserve flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.

3. Marketing
Promote Travel Packages: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.Upselling Services: Recommend additional services like travel insurance, tours, or upgrades.

4. Customer Service
Assist Clients: Provide support before, during, and after travel, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.Feedback Management: Gather client feedback to improve services.

5. Administrative Tasks
Documentation: Prepare and manage travel documents like tickets, visas, and insurance.Financial Transactions: Handle payments, refunds, and budgeting for travel packages.

6. Knowledge Maintenance
Stay Updated: Keep informed about travel trends, destinations, and regulations.Training and Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

7. Crisis Management
Problem Resolution: Address unexpected issues such as cancellations or travel disruptions efficiently.Emergency Support: Provide assistance and guidance in emergencies during travel.

8. Technology Utilization
Use Travel Software: Employ booking systems and CRM tools to manage client information and bookings.Online Presence: Maintain the agency's website and social media platforms for client engagement.

9. Regulatory Compliance
Follow Legal Guidelines: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with local and international laws and regulations.

Insurance and Safety: Advise clients on necessary travel insurance and safety measures.
