Client Account Manager

As a Practice Management Software Implementation Lead at PracticeSuite, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the implementation of our PracticeSuites software. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. This skilled position requires relevant experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Assess client/project needs and establish strong relationships with clients. - Develop and oversee implementation project lifecycles. - Manage client expectations, outcomes, and timelines effectively. - Communicate with clients to define project scope clearly. - Keep projects within scope and on schedule. - Lead meetings and provide guidance to overcome obstacles. - Act as a liaison between internal departments and clients during implementation. - Update clients and internal management on project status, issues, and additional scope. - Handle issue escalations and provide necessary directions. - Communicate recommendations to management efficiently. - Encourage team and client collaboration to enhance best practices. - Advocate for client needs and product requests to PracticeSuite support, product, and engineering teams. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Client-facing experience. - Strong communication skills. - Experience in medical billing (claims processing) for at least 3 years.
