Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a CRM implant at client locations to support health insurance claims.
• Resolve employee queries regarding policy coverage and claim procedures.
• Facilitate claims app usage for claim submission and tracking.
• Serve as the direct SPOC for employees, handling calls and emails.
• Collect and dispatch claim documents according to corporate requirements.
• Coordinate with internal claims units at ICICI Lombard to ensure smooth cashless and priority processing.
• Keep updated with health insurance regulations and policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Travel twice a week between branches to resolve customer queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry.
• Graduation (any stream).
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
