Job Opening: Claims Associate (P&C / Insurance / Healthcare) Bangalore

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and adjudicate insurance / healthcare claims accurately and in line with company policy.
  
• Review claim documents, validate coverage, verify loss/event details, and determine claim eligibility.
  
• Perform data entry, documentation, quality control, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  
• Work to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs under rotational shifts.
  
• Maintain compliance with policies, insurance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Skills / Profile:

• Prior experience of at least 2 years in claims processing / insurance / healthcare claims.
  
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry), and preferably familiarity with insurance/claims management systems.
  
• Good communication skills, ability to coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Position:

• Fresher: 2.5 LPA
  
• With experience (up to 2 years): up to 3.6 LPA
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for B2B customers — via Voice, Email & Chat.
  
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer support, maintain SLAs.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints or issues with empathy and a positive attitude.
  
• Maintain customer records and call/chat documentation in the system with precision.
  
• Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
  
• Suggest process improvements and report recurring issues via proper channels.
  

Skills / Profile Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Customer-service mindset, ability to empathize and handle sensitive issues professionally.
  
• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
