Claims Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the claims team and assisting in the creation and maintenance of Auto Liability (AL), General Liability (GL), and Property loss claims in the client system. This role requires you to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately set up and enter new claims into the claims management system - Process AL/GL/Property claims and provide related support services for a leading Insurance TPA - Support other activities and special projects, including the preparation and distribution of system-generated reports - Understand BPO/KPO industry operations and have familiarity with General Insurance or Workers Compensation domains - Professionally respond to client queries and communications - Demonstrate self-driven attitude with a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly - Possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Be adaptable, highly motivated, and a collaborative team player - Work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting performance goals - Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (evening shift) to support client operations - Have strong exposure in Claims and US Life/Annuity Insurance Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a Graduate (Preferred: B.Com / BBM / BBA / B.Sc.)
