Claims Associate

As a part of Nova Benefits, you will be responsible for improving and managing the communication process with employees regarding their claims. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with the employees regarding their claims - Explaining the claims process and assisting in filling the claim form - Emailing the claims process and following up for the claim documents - Verifying the claim documents and providing status checks to the employees - Following up with the TPA/insurance for the claims and managing claim-related escalations - Assisting employees in responding to claim queries and collecting claim feedback Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Desire to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment with changing priorities - Strong knowledge of group health insurance - Good excel skills In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, Nova Benefits is on a mission to provide the best health and wellness benefits for employees in India.
