Role Description

We are seeking a Claim Adjudication Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role. The individual will oversee daily claims handling and management activities, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and provide guidance to the claims processing team. Responsibilities include monitoring claims adjudication processes, quality review, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting insurance-related inquiries. The role also involves optimizing workflows and maintaining high levels of customer service satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Claims Handling, Claims Management, and Insurance processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on providing high-quality and timely assistance
• Analytical Skills to evaluate claim data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
• Experience in team leadership or subject matter expertise in claims adjudication is highly desirable
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications or experience in insurance being a plus
