Civil/Structural Engineer

A.L.M Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design and a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management, from initial design to final billing. We are looking for a professional who is proficient with modern engineering software and has practical knowledge of quantity surveying and project finances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Design & Analysis: Perform detailed structural design and analysis for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures, using software like ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
• BBS & BOQ Preparation: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) accurately to ensure efficient material procurement and cost control.
• Estimation & Costing: Conduct detailed project estimation and costing, identifying potential cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Billing & Invoicing: Manage project billing processes, including the preparation of bills, invoices, and payment certificates for clients and contractors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Mandatory proficiency with structural analysis software, specifically ETABS and STAAD.Pro.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in preparing BBS, BOQ, and project estimation.
• Experience with project billing and invoicing procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• (Optional but recommended) Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
