We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Manager (Civil) who will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting tenders for civil projects. The candidate should have expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation while coordinating with internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimations for civil works.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather pricing and technical inputs.

Ensure all tender submissions meet client requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.

Maintain updated records of tenders, quotations, and related correspondence.

Monitor tender results and prepare post-tender clarifications if required.

Work closely with project, procurement, and engineering teams for accurate data.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve pricing strategies.

Stay updated on market rates, industry trends, and competitor pricing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation in the civil construction industry.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and tendering software (if applicable).

Good understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and market rates.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of government e-tendering portals and online submission processes.

Experience in preparing technical and financial bids.
