Job Description

Responsible for the efficient management of materials and supplies used in the construction project.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels regularly and track materials that are nearing depletion.
Assist in the planning and implementation of material procurement based on the project's needs.
Inspect materials during receiving for quality and quantity, and cross-check with purchase orders.
Collaborate with the procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Help in identifying ways to reduce waste and improve the use of resources.
Assist in maintaining budgetary constraints related to material consumption.
Must be knowledge of construction equipments.
