DGM- Project (Real Estate)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth execution of construction projects across the real estate portfolio of the company
• Responsible for delivering all projects within defined project objectives of scope, time, cost and quality
• Managing all resources such as team members, PMC, third-party consultants and contractors to deliver projects as per defined objectives
• Effective and timely coordination with cross functional teams to achieve common business goals

Achieve project milestones within defined objectives of scope, time, cost, and quality.

• Manage and Lead detail planning and execution strategies to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Manage PMC, Contractors to ensure deliverables and adherence to overall project objectives.
• Monitor project expenditure against project budget and document reasons for variances, if any
• Define, monitor and ensure adherence to the quality standards i.e. RCC, Services and Finishing is consistent and up to defined quality benchmarks
• Extend technical assistance required to cross function teams i.e. planning & control, design, facility and asset management
• Track progress against project goals and ensure timely MIS reporting to planning & controlling team and management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations at all sites
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with cross functional departments for changes in project milestones, design changes requirements, manpower requirements and critical issues pertaining to vendors and contractors
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders including consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Anticipate potential risks and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Drive and encourage initiatives to implement a performance oriented, innovative and quality and cost-conscious work environment
• Conduct periodic trainings for project personnel at site
• Report progress and highlight key issues to senior management on a regular basis
