Quality Strategy & System Implementation Develop and implement robust QA/QC systems and procedures. Define quality policies, site-specific quality plans, and checklists. Role & responsibilities - A) Design & Planning Review mechanical designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications provided by consultants. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project teams for design integration. Validate load calculations, HVAC designs, ducting layouts, pump sizing, ventilation, STP/ WTP systems, etc. Ensure designs meet NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority norms. B. Project Execution & Monitoring Oversee execution of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and mechanical works at site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Role & responsibilities Bill Booking : Receiving an invoice from a supplier/internal stake holder, followed by verifying its accuracy, necessary approvals as per internal guidelines & policy, and then booking as well as approving from finance authority then submit to payable team for payment. ERP Accounting & Management : Verify & validate all transactions in ERP system related to real estate/construction projects as per accounting policies. Documentation & Filing : Maintain organized records of financial transactions, accounting files, and documents for easy retrieval. Taxation : Preparation of monthly TDS/TCS data for payment & Quarterly TDS/TDS tax returns with proper workings & supporting documentation like bills & section- wise challan copies.
