Quality Strategy & System Implementation Develop and implement robust QA/QC systems and procedures. Define quality policies, site-specific quality plans, and checklists. Ensure alignment with ISO standards and organizational objectives. Quality Control at Site Execution Stage Monitor quality of civil, structural, and MEP works. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specs. Finishing Activities Quality Assurance Define checklists and quality parameters for all finishing works. Monitor quality of plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, tiling, waterproofing, etc. Ensure snag-free handover through mock-up inspections and quality benchmarking. Vendor & Contractor Evaluation Prequalify and assess contractors and vendors based on quality capability. Review quality documents submitted by vendors (ITPs, QAPs). Ensure material testing is conducted at certified labs. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper records of inspections, test reports, M-books, and quality logs. Prepare and submit monthly quality dashboards and compliance reports. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Identify and report non-conformities with timely rectification plans. Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Train site teams to avoid recurrence of common quality issues. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with site engineers, PMC, architects, and consultants on quality-related matters. Present quality status in internal and external review meetings. Act as a single point of contact for all quality-related escalations.
