Job Description Associate Technical Specialist (3D Data Capturing Specialist) Locations: Gurugram / Noida / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Kolkata / Hyderabad Experience: 02 years Compensation: Up to 2.7 LPA (CTC) Job Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Technical Specialists to join our team. This role involves hands-on 3D data capturing using advanced laser scanning technology across diverse industry applications. Candidates will gain exposure to the rapidly growing field of 3D reality capture, digital documentation, and modeling workflows . This is a strictly site-based role , requiring presence at client locations and field sites for accurate data acquisition. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company to operate 3D laser scanning devices and follow standard workflows. Key Responsibilities Operate 3D laser scanning equipment (after company-provided training) at designated sites. Capture precise 3D data of physical environments, structures, and assets as per project requirements. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site-specific compliance standards. Conduct preliminary quality checks of scan data before submission to the processing team. Coordinate with supervisors and back-office teams for smooth data transfer and reporting . Maintain daily logs of activities and ensure timely reporting. Take responsibility for equipment setup, care, and troubleshooting at the site. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, Geomatics, Surveying, or related fields. Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant academic projects or surveying/CAD exposure are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of surveying, measurement techniques, or CAD tools will be an added advantage. Ability to work at field sites and outdoor environments for extended durations. Strong attention to detail, discipline, and eagerness to learn new technology. Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional languages.
