Develop a structural form that fits into the architectural form. In other words, the structural form will be limited by the architectural formUnderstand how the functional requirements of the building will impact the structural formCreate a conceptual design based on material knowledge with size of columns, slabs thickness etc and accommodate servicesStability analysisWell versed in British and European Codes; Working knowledge in American codesDesign experience in Concrete, Steel and other structural materialDetailed design including detailing for construction siteRequired SkillsStrong technology capabilities with industry-leading tools like REVIT and SCIA Engineer, ETABS, TSD (Tekla) etc Proven leadership skills including excellent inter-personal and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills and fluency in English language (oral and written)Has to be an Excellent Team player, willing to learn and share knowledgeSalary: 12 - 15 Lakhs per AnnumDate of Joining: As early as possible
