Civil Site Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering ,Diploma ,Real Estate or related field

· 2-5 years of experience in real estate (depending on role seniority).

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record of achieving target.

· Customer –centric mindset with problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast paced environment

Full Job Description:

· Oversee the planning and implementation of civil construction projects ,including scheduling , budgeting , and resource management

· Coordinate with architects ,engineers and others construction specialists to develop project plans and scope of work

· Ensure that construction projects comply with legal requirements and local building codes.

· Manage and supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time ,within budget , and to the required quality standards

· Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management and project stakeholders

· Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications

· Ensure that safety regulations are being followed on the construction site.

· Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process and provide solution to problems

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Must have Experience in any Real Estate Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
