The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with expertise in coordinating project execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining quality control. Responsibilities include supervising contractors and laborers, interpreting and implementing project plans and drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget. The Civil Site Engineer will collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve any on-site issues and optimize workflows. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential. Proficiency in using site management software and good communication skills are required to lead the team effectively and report progress to stakeholders.
