Job Title: Site EngineerLocationPrimary Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Mobility: PAN India (candidates must be willing to relocate as per project requirements) ExperienceMinimum Experience: 1 year in interior design, structural engineering, and electrical work SalaryMinimum Salary: ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills) Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage on-site construction and installation activities for interior, structural, and electrical projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates. Address and resolve on-site technical issues promptly and efficiently. Required Qualifications and SkillsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in interior design, structural engineering, and electrical work. Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Communication Skills: Proficient in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu for effective on-site communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and clients. Technical Skills: Knowledge of interior fit-outs, structural construction, and electrical installations. Familiarity with industry-standard tools, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and work on projects across India. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Team player with a proactive and professional attitude. Preferred LocalityCandidates from Chennai will be given preference to ensure familiarity with local regulations and work culture.
