Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in construction site supervision and basic IT proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors/vendors, and utilizing digital tools/software for reporting and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage workforce, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil works (concrete, steel, finishing, etc.).
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Handle site measurements, BOQs, and verification of contractor bills.
• Use MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools for reporting and coordination.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at the site.
• Support in troubleshooting technical/site-related issues promptly.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of site supervision and project execution experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic IT tools for reporting & documentation.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle site challenges independently with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Exposure to project management software (MS Project/Primavera) will be an added advantage.
• Basic IT/networking knowledge for onsite coordination/reporting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
