Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to manage construction activities, ensure adherence to design specifications, and uphold quality and safety standards. Your role will involve coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely project completion within the allocated budget. Responsibilities include supervising on-site construction activities to align with project plans and specifications, monitoring work progress to meet quality standards and safety regulations, coordinating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for a seamless workflow, conducting site inspections to address technical issues or design discrepancies, preparing reports and progress updates for management, efficiently managing materials, equipment, and labor allocation, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and company policies, enforcing health and safety standards by identifying potential hazards and risks. Qualifications & Skills required for this role are a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects, strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations, proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications, good problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions, strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams, proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management.
