Key responsibilities include planning, quality assurance, managing resources, resolving technical issues, and communicating with stakeholders to translate engineering plans into the physical construction of infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervises and directs construction work on site, ensuring it aligns with engineering designs and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conducts regular inspections and tests to verify that construction materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Safety Management: Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations on the construction site.
• Resource Management: Manages and coordinates labor, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves technical issues that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
• Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for the construction team, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating effective collaboration.
• Budget & Schedule: Monitors and manages project costs and timelines to ensure completion within the allocated budget and schedule.
