Job Role: Civil Site Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who can work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done according to project plans and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with all building codes and safety standards.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and solutions to on-site problems as they arise.
• Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth communication and a clear workflow.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily records of site progress, materials used, and any changes to the project plan.
• Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Resource Management: Help manage on-site materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (e.g.AutoCAD).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
