Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality work, manage resources, and maintain safety standards on-site. The Site Engineer will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers.
Monitor labor and material usage to reduce wastage.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Maintain quality control by reviewing workmanship and materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
1–2 years of experience in site supervision (depending on role level).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety standards.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or site management software is an advantage.
