Job Description

📝 Job Description: We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensure quality control, and coordinate with contractors and project teams. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and on-site experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Supervise site execution work as per approved drawings and project schedule Monitor labor, materials, and equipment at the site Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with engineering standards Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors Prepare daily work reports, site progress updates, and measurement records Conduct quality checks on civil works (RCC, plastering, brickwork, etc.) Resolve technical issues on site Assist in planning and estimation work if required ✅ Requirements: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 1–5 years of site execution experience (freshers may also apply for junior roles) Strong understanding of civil drawings and structural details Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or project management tools is a plus Willingness to travel to project sites if required 🎁 Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with performance bonuses Travel and mobile allowances (if applicable) Opportunity to work on diverse residential/commercial projects Growth in project management and technical expertise
