We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met while effectively managing teams and resources. Key Responsibilities Oversee Operations: Manage daily site activities, including scheduling, subcontractors, and labor coordination. Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment. Quality Control: Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. Resource Management: Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to optimize efficiency. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and resolve conflicts among workers and subcontractors to foster a productive work environment. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and resource needs. Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Working Conditions Full-time position with potential for overtime during peak project phases. Work primarily on-site with exposure to construction environments.
