Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site as per project requirements. Conduct quality checks on work and materials to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and measurements . Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment. Manage site logistics , including storage, workforce allocation, and schedule coordination. Support cost control and estimation efforts by providing accurate field data and reports.
