We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee on-site activities across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with site execution, managing labour, materials, and coordinating with architects and other stakeholders. This role requires daily progress reporting and the ability to handle operational challenges on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site operations at one or more construction sites.
Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors to ensure timely work execution.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and instructions from architects/consultants.
Monitor the use of materials, ensure quality control, and prevent wastage.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site.
Maintain daily site logs and submit accurate progress reports to the project manager.
Identify and resolve site-level issues efficiently and proactively.
Liaise with procurement and store teams to ensure timely delivery and usage of materials.
Work closely with the architect and engineering team for updates and clarifications.

Requirements:

Must be based in Kerala
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in civil site supervision.
Any degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
Good communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
