Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations at one or more construction sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors to ensure timely work execution.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and instructions from architects/consultants.
• Monitor the use of materials, ensure quality control, and prevent wastage.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site.
• Maintain daily site logs and submit accurate progress reports to the project manager.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues efficiently and proactively.
• Liaise with procurement and store teams to ensure timely delivery and usage of materials.
• Work closely with the architect and engineering team for updates and clarifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in civil site supervision.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as required.
• Must be based in Kerala and ready to commute anywhere in Kerala
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus.
