Key Responsibilities: diploma in civil will be preffered Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities on site. Manage and monitor labour workforce and ensure efficient work allocation. Ensure that construction work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain daily site records including manpower, material usage, and progress reports. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers for smooth workflow. Inspect work progress, materials, and construction quality. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at the site. Resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
