Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the civil project team and provide daily updates to the central team
Coordinate with internal business units and cross-functional teams to execute store civil works
Validate site measurements, layouts, and technical drawings
Review and approve work orders, bills, and invoices
Prequalify and assess vendors/subcontractors for technical, financial, and compliance suitability
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Bills of Materials (BOM)
Approve purchase orders and ensure timely supplier payments
Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, including price negotiations
Maintain the asset register and manage asset approval processes
Monitor civil work progress to ensure schedule adherence
Train new vendors on company policies, quality standards, and operational workflows
Ensure quality execution within allocated civil timelines and budgets
Structure and enforce contractual terms, payment milestones, and dispute resolution mechanisms
Coordinate effectively with procurement, finance, and engineering departments
