Civil Planning Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Civil Planning Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of major civil and oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring timely, budget-controlled delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines from design to completion.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor project progress and conduct site reviews.

• Prepare detailed project reports and updates for stakeholders.

• Handle resource allocation, procurement planning, and change orders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE License preferred).

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil planning and project management.

• Strong technical knowledge of civil and oil & gas project execution.

• Expertise in Primavera / MS Project and project scheduling tools.

• Experience in GCC projects preferred.
