Job Description Summary: This role specializing in finishing works within a construction project. This role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of finishing details like tiling, painting, and installation of fixtures within a building or infrastructure project. About the Role: Responsible for execution of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Faade, Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters. Responsible to Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities. Able to understand specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities. Coordination with Contractors/Subcontractors for Finishing Activities to carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing activities at all stages. Responsible for Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list. Preferred candidate profile B.E Civil with 4 to 10 years of experience in buildings. Securing major statutory approvals, streamlining project timelines. Prepare and submit the applications for Pre-commissioning approvals for Transmission Line (Section-68, Section-164, PTCC, Forest NOC, MoD, Power Line Crossing, Civil Aviation etc). Transmission Line, Solar Power Plant and Switchyard Charging Approvals (CEA Energization Approval, RLDC Registration, Format-A, Format-B) Connectivity Agreement with RE developer, CTU and ISTS (FORMAT-CONN-TD-4, Connectivity Agreement Cat-1 and Cat-2) Skilled in Transmission Line design engineering up to 400kV and 220kV. Transmission Line tower design, BOQ/BOM finalization. Coordination with MoP, CEA, CTU, Grid India and Transmission Line/EPC contractor for timely execution of projects. knowledge in Transmission & Distribution System Operation & Maintenance.

Required Candidate profile Qualification - B.Tech Civil Experience - 10+ Years as Quantity Surveyor

Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion within budget. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and clients satisfaction is maintained. Understanding of construction processes, interior or exterior finishings including site management and quality control. Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution. Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met. Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability. Skills and Qualifications 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction of institutes or Building. Candidate must be B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
