Job Description

Position: Civil Incharge /Deputy manager

WTG Foundation & Wind Civil Execution- On Site

Experience :8+Yrs

Location: Osmanabad (Maharashtra) Guntakal (Andhra pradesh)

(Food, Bachelor Accommodation, and Transport provided by the company)

Company: MNC- Wind Energy (Wind Division)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil execution works for

Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundations.
• Oversee all phases of

WTG foundation construction, including excavation, concreting, reinforcement, and finishing.
• Supervise and ensure timely

execution

of

wind civil works

as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
• Monitor civil construction safety practices, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
• Verify material quality, usage, and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on site status.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and project schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
•

Minimum 6 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3+ years in wind energy sector (WTG foundation work).
• Strong knowledge of
WTG foundation executio
n and wind project civil works.
• Good leadership, planning, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
