About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Finishing Supervisor to oversee the execution of all finishing activities at the project site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination abilities, and a commitment to delivering premium-quality finishes. This role is critical to ensuring that all finishing works meet design intent, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities, including:
• Plastering & putty works
• Flooring & tiling
• Painting, textures, and wall finishes
• False ceiling installation
• Carpentry & joinery
• Waterproofing works
• Sanitary & CP fittings installation
• Door and window installation
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality, defect-free finishing.
• Prepare snag lists, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
• Work closely with contractors to maintain premium finishing standards.

3. Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Plan daily work schedules for labor teams, ensuring productivity and progress.
• Monitor material stock levels and raise requirements proactively.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation.
• Track labor attendance, output, and resource utilization.
• Communicate delays, issues, and constraints to the Project Manager.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all finishing activities follow safety protocols and site discipline.
• Conduct toolbox talks and assist with risk assessments as needed.

Skills & QualificationsRequired

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience supervising finishing works in residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality criteria
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred

• Experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
• Familiarity with modern finishing systems and premium materials
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
