About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Civil Finishing Supervisor to oversee and ensure the highest standards of execution across all finishing works. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent on-site coordination skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with premium quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution

· Supervise and execute all finishing works, including:

o Plastering & putty

o Flooring & tiling

o Painting & texture finishes

o False ceiling installation

o Joinery & carpentry

o Waterproofing

o Sanitary & CP fittings

o Door/window installation

· Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Quality Assurance

· Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure finishing is blemish-free.

· Identify defects, maintain snag lists, and ensure timely rectification.

· Coordinate with contractors to maintain premium finishing levels.

3. Coordination & Planning

· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, contractors and vendors.

Plan daily work schedules for labour teams and ensure productivity targets are met.

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and DPRs.

· Track labour attendance and productivity.

· Report progress delays, issues, and site constraints to the Project Manager.

5. Safety & Compliance

· Ensure all finishing activities follow safety protocols and site discipline.

· Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments when required.

Skills & QualificationsRequired:

· Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

· 3–7 years of experience in finishing supervision for residential/commercial projects

· Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation techniques, and quality benchmarks

· Ability to read and understand architectural & interior drawings

Good communication and on-site coordination skills.

Preferred:

· Experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial projects

· Knowledge of modern finishing systems and premium materials

· Eye for detail and an understanding of design aesthetics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,739.34 per month
