1. Civil Engineer for Industrial Work -

Job Summary -

An experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of industrial project experience, responsible for executing and supervising civil works while independently handling billing, BOQ, RA bills, and measurements. The role ensures quality execution, cost control, timely billing, and coordination with contractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver projects as per specifications and schedules.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise civil works for industrial projects such as factories, warehouses, plants, and utilities
• Manage site activities including RCC, steel structures, foundations, flooring, drainage, and finishing works
• Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per approved drawings and specifications
• Handle RA bills, final bills, and client billing with accuracy and timelines
• Measure work quantities at site and prepare measurement sheets (MB)
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material consumption
• Review drawings, resolve site-related technical issues, and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and industrial standards
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and accounts teams for billing and cost control
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), billing records, and site documentation
• Support audits, client inspections, and certifications

2. Surveyor (Auto Level & TS) and DGPS Operator -

Job Summary -

A skilled Surveyor with hands-on experience in Total Station, Auto Level, and drawing interpretation, responsible for accurate site layout, level control, and alignment works. The role supports construction execution by providing precise survey data, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities -

• Operate Total Station (TS) for layout, alignment, and setting out as per approved drawings
• Use Auto Level for level checking, bench mark (BM) transfer, and elevation control
• Carry out site layout, centerline marking, grid lines, and reference points
• Read and interpret civil drawings, layout plans, and section details accurately
• Conduct topographical and as-built surveys as required
• Ensure accuracy in horizontal and vertical measurements
• Coordinate with site engineers for execution as per survey data
• Prepare and maintain survey records, field books, and measurement data
• Assist in quantity verification and joint measurements
• Check and re-check survey points to avoid execution errors
• Maintain survey instruments and ensure proper calibration
• Follow site safety norms and standard survey practices
