Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage, supervise, and execute construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion of projects as per design, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Execute work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines at the site.
• Conduct quality checks for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, finishing, etc.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), measurement sheets, and bill verification.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely escalation of problems to project managers.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for site inspections and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of site execution experience in building/road/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Site-based role, requiring daily presence at construction locations.
• Involves coordination with multiple stakeholders (engineers, contractors, laborers, and clients).

Compensation:

• Salary: 15k to 20k per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
