Job Description: As a B.Tech Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in site execution, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of site execution. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality assurance records, and safety inspection reports. - Work closely with the project team to resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in site execution. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
